The location proved useful with direct access to departures. The room included soundproofing. This was a major positive factor. I also found a kettle in the room, useful for preparing tea.

The room service was completely absent. i couldn't even get a simple bottle of water delivered after midnight. It was quite frustrating. there also seemed to be a problem with the air conditioning unit, it was making a loud rattling noise throughout the night. this.

the location was unbeatable (right in the airport!). the room was modern and clean and this. i appreciated the short walk to the terminal for my early flight. breakfast offered a substantial selection, including fresh fruit and pastries.
i found the soundproofing to be inadequate as i could hear noise from the hallway (it was slightly distracting). this affected my sleep quality.

breakfast started early at 4:30 am, allowing ample time before flights. it had a good variety of hot and cold items. the coffee was strong, a crucial element for early mornings.

the hotel provided complimentary shuttle buses from terminals 1 and 2. these buses ran frequently, every five minutes, around the clock. access between terminals was simplified a lot.
